Refund policy
At J FU Shop, all products are custom-made to order by our trusted print partners, ensuring that each item is uniquely created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, color choices, or buyer’s remorse.
🚨 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or full refund.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at jfu@jfustudios.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
Note: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If your order was placed in a currency other than USD, your refund will be returned in the same currency.
📸 Multiple Affected Items
If more than one item in your order is affected, please include a photo or video showing all the items in one frame for verification.
❌ What’s Not Covered
We’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if:
- The wrong size or color was selected during checkout
- You’ve changed your mind after the order was placed
- The item has a minor variation in print placement (up to 0.5" for DTG printing)
📦 Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or other delivery issue:
- We can offer a reprint for an additional charge
- Or issue a partial refund (minus shipping)
