Fulfillment Time
All products at J FU Shop are made-to-order by our trusted print partners. This means each item is created specifically for you after purchase.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Orders are routed to the closest available print provider to help ensure efficient delivery when possible.

Estimated shipping times (after fulfillment):

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Because all items are made-to-order, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier issues

  • Print provider availability

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days, please contact us at jfu@jfustudios.com and we’ll look into it.

Wrong Address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted or is in production.
